VISIT FROM AMBASSADORS TO MODEL FACTORY

Training offered to companies by Model Factory to the delegation, which included Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Turkey Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Fatma Şahin, ambassadors and consuls of EU member states, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Turkey Resident Representative Louisa Vinton. and application services, and the quality and productivity increases achieved with lean production processes in Gaziantep and the regional industry.
During the visit, the role of Model Factory in the Green Deal process and the advantages it provides were shared.
Adnan Ünverdi, Chairman of the Board of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry (GSO), who made the opening speech of the program, said that they continue their project studies as Gaziantep Chamber of Industry in order to carry the industry of Gaziantep and the region to the future, to make it sustainable and to keep up with innovations.

GAÜN academicians will be assigned by Target TTO and will be able to provide training and consultancy services to companies under the coordination of Model Factory.
A cooperation protocol was signed between Gaziantep Chamber of Industry (GSO) and Gaziantep University (GAÜN) Target Technology Transfer Office in order to include the academic world in the work carried out by Gaziantep Competence and Digital Transformation Center (Model Factory).

The opening ceremony of Gaziantep Model Factory was held with the participation of Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank and Gaziantep protocol.
A presentation was made to the Minister of Industry and Technology Varank and the provincial protocol, who examined the production lines, technical infrastructure and the work done in the Model Factory, about the services provided by the center to companies and entrepreneurs on entrepreneurship, digitalization and lean production, the trainings and practices given to the companies.

29 COMPANIES FROM GAZIANTEP ARE IN THE ISO 500 LIST
The results of Turkey's 500 largest industrial enterprises were announced.
