RESPONSIBILITIES

The Registry is obliged to carry out all the registration procedures of companies qualified as industrialists and to invite industrial companies to register to the Chamber.
- The main duties of the Registry Department are to monitor the changes in the status of the members and record them, to ensure the deletion of the records of the companies in the Chamber in cases where the records of membership deletion is required, perform the suspending and unsuspending procedures for the members and membership and to carry out the NACE code and professional group changes related to the members.
- Registry Office prepares weekly information on registration, closure and suspension procedures and submits them to the approval of the Assembly, the Board of Directors or the Secretary General in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Partnership Confirmation Certificate (for Corp.),

Approval of the Trade Registry Gazette, etc. and editing of documents.
