REGISTRY DEPARTMENT

The Registry Department's duties include keeping the registration information of companies that need to register with the Chamber and those that have already registered up-to-date, deleting the registrations of those who wish to cancel their registration or who have ceased their activities, providing registration and contact information of members upon request from other individuals and institutions, preparing the common database within the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and the up-to-date member lists showing members with the right to vote and be elected in accordance with the procedures and principles written in the law and regulations for the Chamber's organ elections, and preparing and approving documents such as registration certificates, activity certificates, partnership confirmation certificates, tender status certificates, etc.

DUTIES

  • Registering firms with industrial status with the Chamber according to their professional groups,
  • Preparing Chamber registration certificates and member identity cards,
  • Carrying out amendment and cancellation procedures,
  • Ensuring the preparation of documents needed by members regarding their registration,
  • Ensuring that reports and statistical information containing member information are kept ready,
  • Ensuring that member registration information is kept up-to-date in a joint database organized within the Ministry of Trade and TOBB in electronic format,
  • Ensuring the participation of member firms in organ elections,
  • Organizing Chamber organ elections every 4 years,
  • Providing consultancy services to firms that will become members regarding the services of the Chamber,
  • Carrying out the procedures related to the preparation of information and documents requested in writing by official institutions and organizations regarding the registration records of members,
  • Reviewing the reports of audit activities carried out for the unit and implementing the necessary corrective and preventive actions,
  • Preparing the activity plan and budget of the unit
