REGISTRY DEPARTMENT
Among the responsibilities of the Registry Department are ensuring the registration of firms that need to join the Chamber and keeping their registration information up to date, deleting the records of firms wishing to deregister or no longer continuing their activities, providing member registry and contact information to other individuals and institutions upon request, maintaining current member lists in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in laws and regulations during Chamber elections in electronic format within the common database of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, preparing and approving documents such as registration certificates, activity certificates, partnership confirmation certificates, tender status certificates, etc.
TASKS
- Registering companies with industrial qualifications according to their professional groups in the Chamber,
- Preparing Chamber registration certificates and member identification cards,
- Handling modification and termination processes,
- Ensuring preparation of documents related to members' registration needs,
- Ensuring that reports and statistical information containing member information are kept ready,
- Ensuring that member registration information is updated in the joint database maintained electronically by the Ministry of Trade and TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey),
- Ensuring participation of member companies in organizational elections,
- Organizing Chamber organizational elections every 4 years,
- Providing consultancy services to companies intending to become members regarding the Chamber's services,
- Handling procedures for the preparation of information and documents requested in writing by official institutions regarding members' registration records,
- Reviewing reports of audit activities conducted for the unit and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions, Preparing the activity plan and budget for the unit
