MEMBER RELATIONS
Our chamber informs its members and companies wishing to become members about the services it provides. By fulfilling the requests, complaints, and expectations of its members, it demonstrates a transparent, fast, and member-focused approach, resolving all complaints as quickly and satisfactorily as possible, and making necessary improvements and controls to prevent dissatisfaction from recurring, thus providing high-quality service to its members at all times.
DUTIES
- To provide consultancy services to companies wishing to become members regarding the chamber's services.
- Attending professional committee meetings to gather members' needs and develop suggestions based on those needs,
- Controlling and monitoring member communication channels,
- Ensuring and monitoring that members actively benefit from all the Chamber's services, conducting marketing activities,
- Conducting studies to improve member services and increase the variety and quality of services,
- Ensuring that the Member Services section of the GSO website is up-to-date and user-friendly,
- Coordinating the planning of service development suggestions and new services based on members' requests, complaints, and expectations, in line with information received from member communication channels,
- Conducting research, analysis, evaluation, and survey studies to effectively measure member requests, expectations, satisfaction, and loyalty to services, reviewing them, and developing loyalty programs,
- Preparing, announcing, and publishing legislation and promotional information and documents related to developed or new services together with the relevant units,
- Ensuring communication with the relevant company based on requests and complaints from members regarding services provided by affiliates, and developing suggestions,
- Reviewing the reports of audit activities carried out for the unit and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions,
- Preparing the unit's activity plan and Preparation of the budget. Coordination of the Women Entrepreneurs Board.
