CORPORATE COMMUNICATION AND MEMBER RELATIONS COORDINATORSHIP
To ensure the effective implementation of the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry's corporate communication strategies and member relations policies; to coordinate the institution's internal and external communication processes; and to lead the development of sustainable and satisfaction-oriented relationships with members.
DUTIES
- To contribute to the creation and implementation of corporate communication and member relations strategies.
- To manage press and media relations, and to manage internal and external information tools (bulletins, e-bulletins, social media, website).
- To ensure that membership processes are carried out transparently and quickly, to conduct analysis and development studies aimed at member satisfaction, to coordinate events and services organized for members, and in addition, to systematically collect feedback from members and report it to management.
- To manage the coordination of meetings, seminars, and protocol events organized by the Chamber of Industry, to provide the necessary logistical support, to prepare and distribute participant lists and invitations, and to ensure the organization of events in accordance with protocol rules.
- To support the scheduling of the Chamber of Industry's organ meetings, including assembly and committee meetings, in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations.
- To ensure the procurement, availability, maintenance, repair, technical support, guidance, and monitoring and coordination of all IT hardware processes for computers, printers, servers, telephones, projectors, cameras, sound, lighting, etc., used in the Chamber and its subsidiaries.
- While fulfilling these fundamental duties listed above in accordance with laws and regulations, the Deputy Secretary General for Corporate Communications and Member Relations is responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned to him/her daily/monthly and annually by his/her superior, senior management.
