It prepares capacity reports, domestic product certificates, manufacturing qualification certificates, construction machinery registrations, etc., requiring technical review and expertise. Upon request from our members and TOBB (Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey), it prepares the Chamber's opinion on draft capacity criteria and works towards their updating. It ensures the execution of tasks assigned to the Chamber under the current Investment Incentive Legislation.

DUTIES

• It prepares or certifies all types of expert reports on import/export, production/consumption, machinery and movable/immovable property market values, etc., in accordance with requests from member firms themselves, relevant institutions, third parties, or the Chamber itself, based on legislation or practices.
• It prepares and certifies company capacity reports according to Law No. 5174.
• The Chamber prepares reports on the capacities of member companies and industrial firms operating in Gaziantep, including industrial inventories and statistical information based on these findings.
• It collects all kinds of information and data related to industry and provides consultancy services to members based on this information.
• It handles investment incentive certificate procedures based on the decision regarding state aid for investments.
• It registers the construction machinery of our member companies.
• It issues actual consumption certificates.
• It prepares domestic product certificates.
• It issues manufacturing qualification certificates.
• It issues documents based on assessments or document reviews in areas needed by members.
• It plans manufacturing industry investments for members.
• It conducts information and guidance activities.
