GSOMEM (Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Vocational Training Center) was established in the Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, in collaboration with the Silk Road Development Agency and the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, with approximately 11,500 square meters of indoor space. It was created to train qualified personnel needed by Gaziantep's industry, based on examples of vocational training centers in Europe and other regions of Turkey.

The center includes vocational training workshops, laboratories, and administrative training rooms. The center provides training to young people, women, people with disabilities, and all unemployed individuals who have migrated to Gaziantep and can be considered disadvantaged groups. Businesses experiencing a shortage of qualified personnel in various professional fields, individuals who want to improve their personal skills and increase their employability in line with the concept of lifelong learning, and those who are dissatisfied with their current work areas and want to develop themselves in different professions to earn more income can also receive training at the center. In addition to its training activities, the GSO Vocational Training Center will also serve as an "Examination and Certification Center" in the coming periods.
