STRATEGY, QUALITY SYSTEMS AND ACCREDITATION

To conduct studies for the establishment of an Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of the Turkish Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Stock Exchanges Law No. 5174, relevant Regulations, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard and TOBB Accreditation System Standard, and to inform the Board of Directors about the studies. To ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the established management system. To conduct accreditation and quality management system studies.

DUTIES

  • Conducting studies to develop the main management strategies of GSO and its subsidiaries in collaboration with Senior Management, ensuring the implementation of the determined strategies, guiding and consolidating short, medium and long-term planning studies,
  • Ensuring and monitoring the progress of strategic planning studies in accordance with the determined schedule,
  • Regularly monitoring developments that will affect GSO and its subsidiaries in the medium/long term and sharing them with relevant units,
  • Defining and developing the vision, mission, policy, goals and strategies of GSO and its subsidiaries,
  • Supervising and coordinating studies related to the evaluation and monitoring of the strategic plans of GSO and its subsidiaries,
  • Ensuring that the quality documents used are prepared, used, monitored and revised when necessary in accordance with standards in coordination with the relevant units,
  • Coordinating and ensuring the implementation of external audit studies conducted by certification bodies, and carrying out the necessary work for the effective conduct of the process,
  • Regularly reporting the critical performance criteria (KPIs) of the Chamber and its subsidiaries,
  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the TOBB Accreditation system • Planning and executing activities related to implementation and audits,
  • Conducting the annual accreditation self-assessment study, ensuring the participation of all units in the study, providing guidance, monitoring, and uploading the primary evidence to the TOBB Accreditation System,
  • Identifying and integrating into the system, in collaboration with all employees, studies that can constitute a good practice example within the accreditation system,
  • Preparing the Annual Chamber Business Plan
