ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS AND PROCUREMENT
Ensures the completion of necessary equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair activities to meet the needs of the Chamber and its affiliated organizations. Manages the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment in accordance with the decisions taken by the Procurement Guidance Committee. Is responsible for organizing events held at the Chamber.
DUTIES
- Serves as the Administrative Secretary of the Procurement Guidance Committee.
- Manages the procurement, leasing, maintenance, and repair of machinery/equipment, fixed assets, and motor vehicles in accordance with the directives of the Procurement Guidance Committee.
- Ensures that facility management (food, cleaning, security), training, and other service procurements are carried out in accordance with the directives of the Procurement Guidance Committee, keeps records related to these activities, and monitors and supervises the work performed.
- Manages tasks such as correspondence, document tracking, switchboard operation, transportation, vehicle tracking, vehicle maintenance, hospitality, representation, food service, accommodation, travel arrangements, and meeting room reservations. Organizes the general archive service of the organization.
- It conducts the necessary research and activities for the production and procurement of plaques, souvenirs, and promotional products to be given to visitors, and manages inventory tracking.
