The Chamber's IT systems infrastructure is established, and information is produced, collected, stored, processed, retrieved, disseminated, and protected. It backs up the Chamber's data and establishes efficient and secure computer systems.

DUTIES

• The Chamber and its affiliates are responsible for the procurement, preparation, maintenance, repair, and technical support of computers, printers, servers, telephones, projectors, cameras, sound, lighting, etc.
• It carries out the necessary infrastructure investments and services to ensure secure and uninterrupted access to the IT system from within and outside the institution.
• It provides information technology support to employees and carries out the necessary work to protect information and personal data.
• It reviews the reports of audit activities carried out for its unit and implements the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• It establishes, puts into use, maintains, and backs up systems, networks, and communication networks.
• Before meetings, trainings, events, etc., held at the Chamber, it checks the computers, equipment, and projectors, ensures they are ready and in working order, provides technical support until the program ends, and ensures that these devices are checked and shut down after the program is completed.
• Analyzes and plans software and service needs, and conducts software development, testing, and deployment activities.
