INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND HARDWARE
The chamber establishes the information systems infrastructure, generates, collects, accumulates, processes, retrieves, disseminates, and protects information. It backs up chamber information and establishes efficient and secure computer systems.
TASKS
- Directs the procurement, readiness, maintenance, and repair of computers, printers, servers, telephones, projectors, cameras, audio, lighting, etc., used in the chamber and its subsidiaries, and provides technical support.
- Implements necessary infrastructure investments and services to ensure secure and uninterrupted access to the IT system from within and outside the organization.
- Manages efforts to provide information technology support to employees and to ensure the protection of information and personal data.
- Reviews reports of audit activities conducted for the unit and implements necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Establishes, deploys, maintains, and backs up systems, networks, and communication networks.
- Before meetings, trainings, events, etc., ensures the computer, equipment, and projectors in the chamber are checked, operational, and ready, provides technical support throughout the program, and ensures the devices are checked and turned off after the program concludes.
