GSO VISA FACILITATION CERTIFICATE REQUEST FORM

 Members traveling abroad for business purposes can request a visa facilitation certificate from our Chamber to be included in their visa application file to the country's representation they will be visiting.

 You can collect the document you requested by filling out the form below from the Industry and Export Certification Unit during working hours. You will be notified when your document is ready via the email address you provided in the request form. You can then collect a signed copy from the relevant unit.

 Document Fee: 60.00 TL

 Payment Method: You can collect your document from the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Industry and Export Certification Unit by paying in cash or by credit card.

 Collecting Method: You can collect your document from our Chamber.
