GSO VALUABLE DOCUMENT REQUEST FORM

 Our exporting members can obtain the circulation documents (A.TR, EUR1, EUR-MED, Form A, Certificate of Origin, Certified A.TR) they use for their export transactions from our Chamber.

 You can collect the documents you requested by filling out the form below from the Industry and Export Certification Unit during working hours.

 Document Fee: 5 TL / Unit 250.00 TL / Volume (50 Copies)

 Payment and Delivery Method: You can collect the requested documents from the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Industry and Export Certification Unit by making the payment in cash or by credit card at our chamber's cashier.
