- Conducting projects aimed at eliminating or mitigating issues that could pose problems for member firms of the Chamber and all stakeholders, thereby creating value and contributing to them.
- Providing training and coaching tasks to ensure the team delivers engineering services in their areas of expertise at a high quality level, in line with national and international standards.
- Monitoring and analyzing global technological process innovations to enhance technical knowledge, share it with Gaziantep industry, and facilitate its implementation.
- Supporting Gaziantep Industry in meeting education and development needs required by international standards.
- Facilitating access to the latest technologies through direct company contacts, participation in trade fairs, and literature monitoring.
- Developing production alternatives and development projects to ensure the application of technological innovations in Gaziantep Industry.
- Leading initiatives to optimize operations in the manufacturing sector of Gaziantep Industry, thereby reducing operating costs.
- Supporting feasibility analysis for investment and development decisions of GSO and its members, and developing alternative technological solution proposals.
- Directing Gaziantep Industry towards producing high value-added and technological products (e.g., defense, medical).
- Managing engineering service projects of GSO and contributing to their implementation.
- Collaborating with project managers in all projects and supporting project management activities.
- Monitoring the execution of all projects in the field of interest.
- Providing necessary education, coaching, and information resources to keep teams adequately informed for projects.
- Taking an active role in initiating and monitoring technical collaborations and projects between universities and industry.
- Supporting GASBEM A.Ş. in identifying and developing new competency areas.
- Reviewing reports of audit activities conducted for the unit and implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Preparing the activity plan and budget for the unit.
